Photoshop – How to Lose Ten Pounds

November 22, 2009

If you’ve got Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, here’s an easy way to trim ten pounds off your photos.

  1. Open the file.
  2. Ctrl J to create a new layer to work on.
  3. 3. In that new layer – Ctrl T to bring up the Transform tool.
  4. 4. Alt-Ctrl the right center transform box and you can make yourself as skinny as you want. Probably anything more than 90% will look unnatural.
  5. Get rid of the background layer and save your new lower weight self.

Blurry Background for Artifical Setups

October 15, 2008

If you want to take a picture of an insect or something rather small, and don’t like your current background, here’s a solution. Take a picture of a nice generic background, blur it in Photoshop, print it out and use it as your new background. Now when you take the picture of your insect, you’ll have a nice blurry greenish background which looks very natural.
