Adobe Audition CS6 Notes

Here are notes to myself about using Adobe Audition CS6,

Audio Volume

  • To amplify a speech from Premiere. Right click on the audio portion of the video and choose – Edit in Audition.
  • Do a test area first – select a small section.
  • Effects – Amplitude – Speech Volume Leveler
  • Target Level -10, Leveling Amt 100%, Check Boost Low Signals.
  • This worked well for a low level audio with little noise.
  • Do a file Save in Audition and the changes will be reflected in Premiere.
