Credit Card Numbers – Don’t Let Companies Keep Them

credit-card-dont-save

I recently had a friend call Dell computers about buying a new computer and even though she didn’t order it, the Dell rep tried to put the order through on her old credit card number. Luckily the credit card had an expired date so it didn’t go through, but this is another reason to not let businesses keep your credit card information on file.

Dell seems to be getting desperate lately – they wanted to overcharge my friend by $200 for the same computer.
