Adobe Bloat in Premiere

Here’s a tip from Robert Ballacer @padresj on how to get rid of the extra files that Adobe Premiere creates during a video project, but never gets rid of after the project is done.

– Control Panel – Folder Options – Check Show Hidden Files.

– My Computer – C: – Users – go to your User Name folder

–  AppData
– Roaming
– Adobe
– Common
– Media Cache Files
– Select all the files and delete them.

If you do Premiere projects all the time, he suggests creating a shortcut to the folder on your desktop.

Thanks Padre.
