One of the great things about Gmail is that you can have a number of email accounts. While that sounds great, the trick is learning how to manage all those accounts. Here are a few tricks I have learned.
Forward email from one account to another.
I have one account for most of my email, but for some of the organizations that I help with, I can use the Forward email option to have it forward to my main email account. Just go to Gear – Settings – Forwarding – then add the Forward Email Address.
Two Accounts Open at the Same Time
Another option you have is to open up one email account and then click on your picture and at the bottom left, click on Add Account. Sign-in and now you will have two tabs open for your two email accounts.
